Tarot Tuesday: The Chariot

Imagine it’s hundreds of years ago. No, thousands. Go way back. Somebody’s just won a war – or a sporting event. Whatever. Either way, now they’re being paraded up and down main street, standing tall in their chariot, having flowers thrown at them, just on top of the freaking world – if a bit rough around the edges.

That’s you, if you drew this card. Or it could be. At bare minimum, it’s your potential. Take it as instruction, if you will: build up your ego, force yourself toward your goal, get your emotions and excuses under control and go out there and make yourself known. Aggressively.

You may be building your career or taking a stance. Whatever situation you’re asking about calls for a certain amount of armor – even if it’s just a pantsuit. All your inner powers – masculine and feminine, conscious and unconscious – are being called to work in tandem and bring you victory and triumph.

As the chariot – a vehicle – suggests, literal travel could be involved. Or at least moving forward. Going out and about, moving up in the world. Either way, you’re in control of the situation – and you probably shouldn’t ashamed to admit it.
